Healing smiles at body level

As a dentist I have been restoring smiles for over 2 decades. Most of my dental career has been spent working with people with special needs so I have extensive experience of working with people with special problems such as dental fear as well as medical problems and disabilities. I learnt over the years that restoring teeth does not always restore smiles. So I trained in counselling to work with people on a holistic level. I provide counselling and hypnosis for dental fear in Cardiff. I guess I am a dental fear counsellor in this context.

I also provide counselling and hypnosis in Cardiff for other conditions besides dental fear and do so in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling them to enhance their life and to live it more fully.I am qualified in helping clients resolve difficulties and challenges they may be facing in their life such as:

I also conduct workshops and retreats on personal and spiritual growth in the UK and in Italy. Retreats allow us to unhook ourselves from our everyday world and be somewhere beautiful and let our spirits run free so we can become rejuvenated and renewed. Please contact me for details.
